High Tide
Offering a range of programmes to help young people engage with employers, understand the world of work, improve personal skills and raise aspirations, the High Tide Foundation works closely with a number of businesses around Teesport to connect classrooms with careers.
Mission to Seafarers
The Mission to Seafarers is a Christian welfare charity serving merchant crews around the world. Operating through a global Mission ‘family’ network of chaplains, staff and volunteers, the charity provides practical, emotional and spiritual support through ship visits, drop-in seafarer’s centres and welfare and emergency support services.

Tees River Rescue
Tees River Rescue is an independent rescue charity based on the River Tees in the North East of England.
As well as providing search and rescue, we patrol the River at peak times throughout the year and provide education, support and reassurance for river users up and down the 26.7 miles of navigable river.
